I love to entertain, and I’ll use any occasion I can to celebrate. And who better to celebrate with than the king of champagne and caviar, Robin Leach?
I am thrilled that you have caviar, one of my favorite little bites of delight.
Well, I had to have that, and we’re gonna have a little champagne later.
Now you’re celebrating.
I’ll let you start.
Instead of the mess going all over the kitchen, it goes right into the –
Right in –
Right?
Yeah. Very simple. It’s a cup and a half of chopped leeks.
This is the tasty part. This is what adds the savory flavor.
Uh-huh.
I can put all of this in, right?
You can. And of course, salt and pepper to taste.
People get frightened about when they cook interesting-looking things, you know?
Right.
And there’s no need to be frightened when you’re in the kitchen.
And there are not a lot of ingredients here, and how can you go wrong?
Well, two ingredients, really.
Right.
Potatoes and leeks. Try that.
Okay. Very good.
