Hi. I’m Morgan from Zojirushi, and this is the Home Bakery Mini Breadmaker. It is a one-pound capacity. This is the non-stick cooking pan, baking pan. The large kneading blade incorporates all the ingredients evenly, also non-stick. The one-pound loaf size is perfect for singles or for smaller families. Also, the machine itself takes up a very small footprint on the kitchen counter. You can make white, wheat, French bread, dough, jam, fresh fruit jam. It has a cookie dough, pasta dough setting.
