These chicken sliders off your George Foreman Removable Plate Grill pack a punch when topped with spicy coleslaw. Served on sweet Hawaiian rolls, these are sure to become one of your favorite sandwiches! It's always a good time for finger food. Chicken Sliders with Spicy Slaw Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 25 min Servings: 4 (2 sliders each) Ingredients: COLESLAW 1 cup shredded cabbage ½ cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. hot chili sauce SLIDERS 1 lb. ground chicken 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped 1 Tbsp. hot chili sauce 1 Tbs. fresh lime juice 1 tsp. fish sauce (optional) ½ tsp. garlic powder ¼ tsp. black pepper 6 slider rolls, Hawaiian rolls work best Directions: 1. Mix together coleslaw in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors. 2. Mix slider ingredients in medium bowl: shape into 8 meatballs. Set aside. 3. Attach grill plates and preheat your George Foreman grill to 400°F. 4. Place four meatballs on to bottom grill plate. 5. Close grill and cook 4-6 minutes or until burgers are done (165°F). Repeat steps 1-5 for remaining four meatballs. 6. Fill each roll with one chicken slider topped with 1 Tbsp. coleslaw.
